What is Team Performance

 

Da Factory believes that the formula for having the most successful season begins with fortifying the foundation of an athlete. We offer specialized training for a wide variety of team sports such as football, baseball, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, etc. The program consists of improving cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy (CrossFit’s ten fitness domains) through the implementation of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, plyometrics and other fundamental functional exercises of CrossFit [1].

With many years of experience in coaching martial arts and organized sports, we understand what it takes as a team to reach a state title or national championship. Da Factory’s team performance program will provide the edge the individual athlete needs to elevate him/her to the next level while teaching team unity and camaraderie, equaling the formula for success.

FAQ of the DAY

What is Tabata?

For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.
