Refund Policy:

Studio and/or Beats: A 50% of cost non-refundable down-payment is due before work begins and remainder due on completion of project. No Refunds on Beats!!

Duplications: A 50% of cost non-refundable down-payment is due before work begins and remainder due on completion of project. Refunds will be made on 50% of project within 24 hours of distribution of project minus 10% for handling.

Graphic Arts/Design, Web Design/Management and/or My Space Designs: WEB DESIGN - A non-refundable down-payment of $225.00 is due before work begins and will pay for the first 10 hours of service.

What is Da' Factory LLC's Policy Towards Children?

Da' Factory LLC has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of eighteen years of age. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us at info@dafactory.com if they would like this information deleted from our records and we will use reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our records.
