We offer this FREE WOD for people who are undecided or who need a little more convincing. This is the perfect chance to try out a basic CrossFit workout. This will come as close to a CrossFit workout as possible taking into account that we will not be making you do exercises that you have not been trained by us to perform (see On-ramp). You will get an idea of the speed and intensity of the workout and see for yourself if you like it. If you don't want to do the workout you can also go and watch a free WOD. You have nothing to lose!

I see that you are ready to get started, great! Before you can do one of our Factory CrossFit WODs you must first go through our ON RAMP classes. These are a set of three classes where we will teach the 9 main fundamental movements/lifts of CrossFit. (If you come from another CrossFit, you will be tested and evaluated to our standards, if you don't meet them, then you must take the On Ramp classes). We take our teaching very seriously and we hope that you take learning the same way. This is going to be the backbone of your future CrossFit WODs.

After you have attended the three On Ramp classes and have filled out and turned in the payment authorization form, you are ready to start WODing! It's that easy!
For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.
